Who Do You Carry Out Work For?
We carry out work for many different people and companies. We complete work for the general public, local builders, estate agents, architects, plumbing firms, kitchen companies, housing developers from one off houses to small estates and have also carried out work for local schools.
What Type of Work Do You Carry Out?
We carry out all types of electrical work from changing a single light to wiring a whole new housing estate or office block. We are starting to develop more skills in the renewable energy industry as well by installing solar panels, battery storage, EV chargers and the wiring of air source/ground source heat pumps. We carry out a few landlords certificates each week as well for local house buyers and estate agents.
What Areas Do You Cover?
We try and stay within an hour of Stamford, so we cover all local towns and villages. In the past we have carried out work in London, Derbyshire and Dorset so we do travel nationwide when the job requires it.
What Are Your Prices?
Our call out fee starts at £65 for the first hour (depending on location between 8am-5pm). Our fee then drops to £35 hour thereafter during these hours.

Absolutely, these are available upon request.
Do You Offer Free Quotations?
Yes, all of our quotations are free of charge.
Who Will Be Working In My Home?
All our employees are DBS checked and first aid qualified to level 3. SEC have a great team mentality and we thrive to keep the customer happy.

Do You Have Any Professional Accreditations?
We are an NICEIC approved contractors.
Level 3 in Domestic, Commercial and Industrial EV charging equipment
BPEC in installations of PV (Solar Panels).
CPD certified in Design, Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems.
Are You Insured?
Yes we have public liability insurance up to £10 million, employees liability up to £5 million and professional indemnity cover.
Is Your Work Guaranteed?
Yes, our work is guaranteed for 1 year and the materials are guaranteed as per the manufacturers guarantee.
Any materials failing after one year will be replaced as per the guarantee, but labour cost will be added on top.
How Do I Pay?
Payment is made by BACS or cheque only.
